Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data held by this store ("How to delete your data", as required by Facebook Login and privacy regulations).
What data we hold
- Account data: name, email address and account preferences.
- Social login data: if you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, we store your provider user ID, email, name and profile picture link to link your account.
- Order data: purchase history needed for warranties, returns and tax records.
- Newsletter data: your email address if you subscribed.
How to request deletion
- Send a request from your account email address through our contact page with the subject "Delete my data".
- For Facebook Login data specifically, you can also remove this app any time under Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove — this revokes our access immediately.
- We confirm every request by email and complete deletion within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (e.g. invoices for tax records, kept without marketing use).
What gets deleted
Your account profile, social login links (Google, Facebook, Apple), newsletter subscription and any non-essential records are permanently removed. Anonymized order statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
